About Sharita
Sharita Bountharath is the Team Support Specialist at ActionCOACH Northwest, bringing six years of customer service experience across diverse industries, including education, the restaurant sector, and corporate
environments. Her background has given her a wide range of skills and the ability to connect effectively with people from all walks of life.
Driven by an interest in business and entrepreneurship, Sharita chose to pursue a career in business. Originally from a small town near the Tri-Cities and through running start, she earned her Associate’s degree from Columbia Basin College in 2021 before relocating to Spokane in 2022. In the summer of 2025, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management at Eastern Washington University.
Sharita is passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful connections and helping others, both in her professional role and in her personal life. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, traveling to new destinations, and exploring new foods and experiences.
