About Lauren

Lauren Trivison is the Social Media Manager and a Business Development Specialist at ActionCOACH Northwest. Originally from Olympia, WA, she moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University, where she earned her degree in Communications and Marketing in 2020.

After graduation, Lauren returned to Western Washington and built a diverse career as a freelance social media manager, sales associate at Nordstrom, and Marketing and Catering Director for Chick-fil-A. During this time, she also launched her personal brand, sharing daily lifestyle content on Instagram and TikTok. In 2022, Lauren moved back to Spokane, drawn by her love for Eastern Washington and its community. She
continued her freelance work until March 2025, when she joined the ActionCOACH NW team to further expand her business knowledge. The role has been an ideal fit, combining her passions for social media and sales.

Outside of work, Lauren continues to engage her audience of more than 90,000 followers on social media and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Matt, and her friends.
