Dwight Weigelt has had the privilege of working alongside exceptional business leaders—managing everything from departments to entire divisions and locations. As a CPA, Dwight advised companies across a wide range of industries: construction, IT, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and services—working with everyone from solo sales reps to companies with over 100 employees. Dwight’s innovative solutions and team building achieved national recognition as a feature story in Accounting Today, a quarterly magazine for CPAs, for providing business solutions outside the box. Along the way, having been a business owner himself, he has first-hand experience in fields of technology consulting, mine exploration, gaming, and manufacturing.
Dwight is currently leveraging that experience into business coaching through the global framework of ActionCOACH. With ActionCOACH’s library of proven systems and tools, he helps business owners not just work in their business—but work on it—so they can create more time, build stronger teams, and grow their

Dwight has been married to MJ since 2005. Together they have 6 children and 16 grandchildren. Dwight’s passion is HOPE — “Helping Others Pursue Excellence” in their personal and professional life.
