Business Development Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads
  • Quickly qualify potential prospects and suspects to identify business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to track and manage prospects and client interactions.
  • Position prospects for discovery or consult meetings with a coach.
  • Network and communicate with the business community to generate leads.
  • Attend networking events on behalf of ActionCOACH Northwest.
  • Follow a structured sales process to convert prospects into clients.
  • Conduct phone and email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Market and promote events such as educational courses, presentations, and goal-setting sessions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with suspects and prospects to maintain engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • B2B Sales Experience.
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to marketing and outreach.

Job Location: 
This position will be based at our Spokane Valley office the possible opportunity for some remote working. 

Hours: 
Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation
$22/Hour
