Victoria McConnell is a Business Development Specialist at ActionCOACH Northwest. Originally from the Tri-Cities, she brings a people-first, relationship-focused approach to connecting with business owner’s and prospective clients.
She studied Business Management at Eastern Washington University and participated in the Running Start program through Columbia Basin College, gaining early exposure to business while building experience across a variety of roles. Her background includes social media and administrative work, along with years of client-facing experience in hospitality through serving, hosting, and catering.
Victoria’s path into business development has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a preference for learning through hands-on experience. As she continues to grow in her professional career, she values meaningful connection, clear communication, and ongoing personal and professional development.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys thrifting, exploring the outdoors with her puppies, cooking, attending concerts, and traveling to new destinations.
